Explore narrow sandstone canyons and sweeping desert vistas on a half-day guided canyoneering adventure. Professional guides tailor the experience to a range of abilities, teaching technical skills such as rappelling and down climbing while leading the group through scenic slot canyon sections. Expect a mix of hiking, scrambling and rappelling; tours are run as group trips with the option to upgrade to a private outing for an additional fee. Morning and afternoon departures are offered seasonally.

Meet at Zion Adventures™, 36 Lion Blvd., Springdale, UT. Half-day tours begin at 7:00am, 7:30am, 1:00pm, or 1:30pm with returns between 11:00am–12:00pm or 5:00pm–6:00pm.

• Water (2-3 liters per person) 

• Sun protection (sunscreen, protective layers, hat, etc.)

• Closed-toe footwear (athletic shoes or hiking shoes)

• Lunch and snacks 

• Camera (hire a professional photographer to join your trip)

• Clothing for varying seasonal weather
