Trams depart from the passenger loading area in front of Zion Lodge. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in and on-time departure.

Food and beverages are not provided on the tour. Only ADA-recognized service animals are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The tram does not have an ADA lift.

One restroom stop is included during the tour. Tours are available early spring through fall. Route and stops may be subject to change.

Tram tour reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time to receive a refund.

Is there a restroom/bathroom break?
Yes. There is a 10–15 minute restroom stop at Temple of Sinawava (shuttle stop 9).
Can I bring a pet?
Only service animals that provide a service recognized by the ADA are allowed.
Is smoking permitted on the shuttle?
No. Smoking is not permitted on the shuttle.
What ADA accommodations are available?
The tram has open-air bench seating. A foldable wheelchair may be brought, but there is no wheelchair lift available for guests who cannot board without one.
Is there food or beverages provided?
No. Food and beverages are not provided; refill stations are available and a refillable water bottle is encouraged.
