NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of your scheduled tour.
Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy. We're sorry!
If you must miss your reservation, you may send anyone in your place.
Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows”.
Tours rescheduled within 3 days (72 hours) of your tour are subject to additional fees and are non-refundable if cancelled at a later date.
Tours cancelled due to safety hazards, such as flooding, will be issued a full refund.
Failure to check in prior to 15 minutes of your scheduled departure time may result in your seat(s) being sold to someone else with no refund. Planning extra travel time is recommended!

Check-in details
Our office, and where tours depart, is on native Navajo land. Heading south from Page, AZ on Hwy 89, you will turn left shortly after mile maker 545. This is also shortly past the public parking lot of Horseshoe Bend Overlook (on the right).
We operate on Mountain Standard Time (Arizona Time) which is the same time zone as Flagstaff, Sedona, Phoenix and the Grand Canyon.
· Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.Tour departures will NOT be delayed for guests arriving late.
Tour includes bumpy "off road" travel and is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back or neck issues.

Winter months - warm coat, hat, gloves, scarf (lap blanket optional)
