Our via ferrata tour, also known as an iron path lets you experience the slot canyon in a totally unique and exciting way. Our experienced guides will help you rappel into the canyon and climb the sheer walls. All of your gear is provided including a harness, safety lanyards, gloves, and helmets. This adventure doesn't require previous climbing experience, but will excite even the seasoned climbing enthusiast. Itinerary

1. Check-In & Orientation (15–20 min) – Meet your guide, get fitted with gear, and review safety instructions.

2. Rappel into the Canyon (15–20 min) – Start your adventure with a thrilling descent into the slot canyon.

3. Via Ferrata Route (1–1.15 hrs) – Climb iron rungs, traverse the narrow cliff walls, and experience the heart of the canyon with your guide leading the way.

4. Summit & Wrap-Up (15 min) – Take in the panoramic views, finish the climb, and return your gear.

Check-in details

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and gear fitting.

• Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time—late arrivals may not be accommodated.

• Meeting point details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What to bring

• Closed-toe athletic or hiking shoes (required)

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that allows free movement (avoid loose straps or bulky items)

• Refillable water bottle (can be carried during the course)

• Cell phone (optional) – must be secured with a lanyard/tether and carried at your own risk

⚠️ Important: The Via Ferrata course is narrow in areas, making it unsafe to carry extra items such as bags, backpacks, and cameras. Dropped items may not be retrievable, so please limit what you bring.

Special requirements

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If a child begins the tour, but is unable to complete the course, an adult must accompany them back to the starting point.

Restrictions

Our gear is rated for people 80-260 lbs. We do not recommend the tour for kids under age 9 or less than 52 inches. All participants must be able to complete the course without assistance.

The tour involves rappelling up to 70 ft., climbing metal rungs, and moving through passages as narrow as 12 inches. If you have a fear of confined spaces or heights, this may not be suitable for you.

The tour is only recommended for people in good health. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure about your fitness to participate.
